This policy explains what information Lowkey Lucrative ("we," "us") collects through lowkeylucrative.org (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your personal information, and you can leave anytime.
Information we collect
- Email address. Only if you choose to subscribe through one of our forms. If you subscribe from the Side Hustle Scorecard, the verdict label you received (TEST, REWORK, or KILL) is stored with your email so we can send you relevant follow-ups.
- Scorecard answers. Your quiz answers are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This involves cookies (see below).
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic request data (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and understand which content is useful.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers, each under their own privacy terms:
- Kit (email list and delivery): kit.com/privacy
- Google Analytics (site analytics): policies.google.com/privacy
- Vercel (hosting): vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Cookies
The Site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. The Site works fine without cookies.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any email.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights (such as data portability or objection to processing); email us and we will honor applicable rights.
Data retention
We keep your email while you are subscribed and delete it on unsubscribe-and-request or when it is no longer needed. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS everywhere, minimal data collection, reputable providers). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where data is processed
The Site is operated from the United States and information is processed there.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
